Tickets

What if I am late to a session?

Birrarangga Film Festival recommends arriving at least five (5) minutes before the session start time to guarantee a seat.

Patrons who are not seated by the session start time are latecomers and may not be admitted late to the session; this includes sessions with allocated seating. All Birrarangga Film Festival sessions start at the scheduled time, with approximately eight (8) minutes of pre-roll.

Latecomer tickets may be resold to a Standby queue. There are no exchanges or refunds available if patrons arrive late to a session.

Does the festival use allocated seating?

The seating will not be allocated. If you are a wheelchair user, please get in touch before your session so we can reserve a wheelchair-friendly space for you.

What if a session is cancelled?

In the unlikely event a session is cancelled, we will contact you via email. We will also announce the cancellation on social media.
